• Our products are sent with DHL Express, our contracted cargo company.
• The delivery time of orders is 7 business day.
• We have free shipping on all purchases from Turkey.
• The customs costs that may appear during international shipments belong to the buyer.

Delivery:

• You must submit your exchange and return request within 7 days. Unless a request is made within the specified period, exchange and refund cannot be made.
• Certain products offered for sale on our website are produced to order and returns are not accepted. This is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

Return and Exchange:

• To request a refund or change, you must send an e-mail to info@iquoniq.com stating your reason for the change. Make sure to specify your first and last name and products name in the e-mail header.
• Products sent without an e-mail exchange and return request WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Your request for exchange and return will be answered via e-mail. Our DHL Express Return Label will be sent to you together with the address information of our head office for shipping.
• İf you wish to ship your package back to us with a shipping company other than DHL Express, all shipping costs must be covered by you.
• Once the products received by us are examined for compliance with the return conditions and your return request is approved, your refund will be issued by us within 5 business days. Each bank has a different reflection time. Once your refund is processed by us, you can inquire about your transactions awaiting authorization from your bank.
• After the products that reach us for exchange are examined for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you free of charge.
• Products that do not comply with the return and exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Term of exchange or return:

• The change is made only once. A second change cannot be made.
• Products that are used, have lost their originality and do not have labels cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Exchange and return of products damaged as a result of use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) are not accepted.
• Exchange and return of products that have been tried on with strong-smelling perfumes or applied with a deodorant that may leave a mark will not be accepted.
• Free or promotional products provided with all products sent cannot be exchanged. To exchange or return any item in the set, all items in the set must be sent together. They cannot be exchanged or returned separately. If only one item in the set is sent, IQUONIQ will not accept the exchange or refund and will only exchange or refund the product if all items are sent.
• The package is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our exchange address. IQUONIQ is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
