Return policy

Delivery:

– Your orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for the products on the product detail pages.)

Return and Exchange:

–You must submit your exchange and return request within 7 days. Unless a request is made within the specified period, exchange and refund cannot be made.

– Certain products on sale on our website are produced to order and returns are not accepted. This statement is clearly stated on the detail pages of the products.

– Products sent without a return or change request WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

– To request a refund or change, you must send an e-mail to info@iquoniq.com stating your reason for the change. Be sure to include your name, surname and product name in the e-mail header section.

–Your request for exchange and return will be answered via e-mail. Our DHL Express Return Label will be sent to you together with the address information of our head office for shipping.

– İf you wish to ship your package back to us with a shipping company other than DHL Express, all shipping costs must be covered by you..

– Once the products received by us are examined for compliance with the return conditions and your return request is approved, your refund will be issued by us within 5 business days. Each bank has a different reflection time. Once your refund is processed by us, you can inquire about your transactions awaiting authorization from your bank.

– After the products that reach us for exchange are examined for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you free of charge.

–Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with a refund.

Terms of exchange and return:

– The change is made only once. Change cannot be made a second time.

– Products that are used, have lost their originality and do not have labels are not exchanged or refunded.

– Exchange and return of products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed in the mold, broken, etc.) is not accepted.

– Exchanges of return products that have been tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or a deodorant that may leave a mark are not accepted.

– If included with all products sent, no exchange will be made for free or promotional products sent as part of the order. In order to exchange or return any product in the set, all products in the set must be sent together. It cannot be changed separately. If only one product in the set is sent, IQUONIQ will not accept the exchange or return and will only exchange or return the product if all products are sent.

– The package is under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. IQUONIQ assumes no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

–Please make sure that your cargo is well packaged and sent by a trackable, insured company.
